Renewable energies/battery technology, automotive

Our customers’ requirements lie in the interlinking of numerous manufacturing and assembly steps. PLC & HMI programming

We use the PLC and HMI development environments of TwinCAT 2/3, IndraWorks and TIA Portal as well as the universal HMI development environment PROCON-WEB.

E-planning, wiring & switch cabinet construction

We design E-plans, control cabinets as well as parts lists and wire the tested control cabinets to your system if required. You benefit from reduced interface and commissioning effort.

Coating technologies and semiconductor manufacturing

PLC & HMI programming

Agricultural, forestry and construction machinery

Programming ECUs and displays

We use hardware-independent development environments through which we easily communicate with displays of other ECUs or fleet management systems via CAN J1939, CANopen, ISOBUS or LiCAN.

E-planning and cable harnesses for mobile machinery

We design and install protected cable harnesses with sealed plug connections to reduce vibration loads, contamination and assembly costs.

HiL simulators for automated software testing

We test newly programmed functions on a virtual machine prototype. By means of test automation, we succeed in achieving virtually error-free software development. Our hardware-in-the-loop (HiL) simulators enable shorter release cycles because they are directly integrated into the development process through Continuous Integration. New codes can thus be validated quickly.

Training simulators

With our training simulators, you can teach brand-specific features of your machines in the shortest possible time. For training or marketing purposes, we link the real series operating elements and controls with a 3D interaction in realistic application scenarios.
