Automation technology

In the field of automation technology, our focus is on the rapid implementation of highly flexible control systems. This enables our customers to integrate systems directly into their production and to adapt automated assembly and production lines to changing market requirements at any time.

PLC & HMI programming

We use the PLC/HMI development environments TwinCAT 2/3, IndraWorks and TIA Portal as well as the universal HMI development environment PROCON-WEB.

E-planning, wiring & switch cabinet construction

Using EPLAN or WSCAD, we design e-plans, control cabinets as well as parts lists, take over the delivery and wire the control cabinets in your plant if required.

Plant engineering

For industrial plants with complex process functions, we develop and integrate customised automation and control solutions – from system analysis and design to complete implementation and commissioning. To this end, we combine cross-system competencies, produce digital prototypes and incorporate simulation results directly into development.

PLC & HMI programming

If required, we also couple special measurement technology solutions from National Instruments to classic control systems from Beckhoff, Bosch Rexroth and Siemens. You benefit from modular and flexible systems.

E-planning, wiring & switch cabinet construction

Turnkey controls with hardware and software from a single source give you the opportunity to concentrate on your core business, the process and the design of the plant.

Mobile machinery

For mobile machinery in agriculture and road construction, we develop reliable controls and drives according to the functional and safety requirements of our customers. For this purpose, we use digitalised test procedures such as overnight software testing and install hardware-in-the-loop (HiL) simulators with virtual machine prototypes for testing and training.

Programming ECUs and displays

We use hardware-independent development environments through which we easily communicate with displays of other ECUs or fleet management systems via CAN J1939, CANopen, ISOBUS or LiCAN.

E-planning and cable harnesses for mobile machinery

We design and install protected cable harnesses with sealed plug connections to reduce vibration loads, contamination and assembly costs.

HiL simulators for software testing

We test newly programmed functions on a virtual machine prototype. By means of test automation, we succeed in achieving virtually error-free software development. Our hardware-in-the-loop (HiL) simulators enable shorter release cycles because they are directly integrated into the development process through Continuous Integration. New codes can thus be validated quickly.

Training simulators

With our virtual machine prototypes, machine functions and their operation can be experienced live. The operation of the machines can be trained on the original operating and control components. This makes it easy and safe to experience new functions and machine processes.
