Concept studies

We design and update manufacturer-independent drive and control systems, ranging from simple motion control systems to electrohydraulically controlled axles.


We create simulation models for validating drive concepts, enabling an assessment to be made at an early stage even before the first prototype is built.


We use state-of-the-art development tools such as CODESYS, TwinCAT, LabView and Matlab/Simulink/Stateflow to rapidly develop software for controlling machines.

Measuring & testing

We measure your machine to enable commissioning and testing to be carried out and provide you with informative analyses of its dynamic behaviour. We test machine software on automated test rigs.

Two-wheel tractor 6400 - Prototype

HYDRIVE shows versatility in its next-generation hand-operated two-wheel tractors

Agria has collaborated with HYDRIVE Engineering to develop the new 6400 series of two-wheel tractors. Within just three months, HYDRIVE Engineering developed and fine-tuned a control system for the novel electric drive concept. Agria was able to present the prototypes of the 6400 model series at Demopark 2017 in Eisenach.

Hydrive Engineering GmbH conducts research and development in the field of drive and control engineering. We transfer and apply to industry the latest findings, techniques and tools developed in the course of fundamental research, drawing on our many years of experience and expertise in the development and use of electrohydraulic and pneumatic drive engineering.
