At Hydrive, we see ourselves as “research developers” because our years of industry experience enable us to work closely with our customers to develop sustainable cross-system solutions.
Snow plough equipped with additional software functions
Machine control system software must be adapted in order for new functions to be added to existing machines. New software functions were required to be integrated into the existing control structure and taken into operation within a very short period of time.
Hydrive shows versatility in its next-generation hand-operated two-wheel tractors
Agria has collaborated with HYDRIVE to develop the new 6400 series of two-wheel tractors. Within just three months, HYDRIVE developed and fine-tuned a control system for the novel electric drive concept.
Testing Without a Prototype – the HiL Test Rig
Efficient testing with HiL test rigs is the key to optimisation. For the development of a mobile access platform at Palfinger Platforms the partners set up one such HiL test rig.
Flexible control system for a wafer handling robot
Hydrive has developed a flexible modular control system software for a triaxial wafer handling robot and successfully put it into operation, allowing the manufacturer Adenso to easily adapt the software to different robot variations.
Hydraulic Steering system for drilling equipment
Different variants of a miniature hydraulic drive for steering drilling equipment operated underground were designed, analysed and evaluated with the help of the dynamic simulation. The existing control unit was analysed and tested with the help of a HiL simulation in the course of a concept study for developing a miniature hydraulic drive.
Swivel drive for a hydraulic excavator
An automated software testbed for the simulation of electrical faults in the cable loom and their recognition by the control software was developed and built during the software development for a hydraulic excavator. This considerably reduced expenditure on tests for proving safety functions in the event of a fault.
